Appliance King of America was built around one idea: you should know what a repair costs before somebody is standing in your kitchen, and the price you are quoted should be the price you pay.

How we work

We are a mobile, in-home repair company. Nothing is dropped off anywhere and nothing waits in a queue: the work happens in your kitchen. One of our own technicians comes to you inside an arrival window, with the parts that fail most on your exact model already loaded.

Every visit follows the same sequence. Diagnose properly, using measurements and the appliance’s own stored fault history rather than guesswork. Quote a flat price covering parts and labor. Get your approval. Then, and only then, open the appliance up.

What makes us different

We publish our prices. What each common problem starts at is published on the pricing page, before you pick up the phone. Very few companies in this trade do that.

We are licensed and insured. Florida issues no state licence for appliance repair, so we carry what does exist: a Palm Beach County business tax receipt, full liability cover and EPA Section 608 certification. Every technician has passed a background check.

We say no when we should. If a repair costs more than half of a comparable new appliance and the unit is past two thirds of its service life, we will tell you to replace it.

We take built-ins seriously. Column refrigeration, wine cabinets, integrated dishwashers and wall oven stacks are what we do most days. Pulling a panel-ready unit out of custom cabinetry without marking it takes time, and we take that time.

BBB accredited with an A+ rating, a Palm Beach County business tax receipt and full liability cover. Every technician holds EPA Section 608 certification for sealed-system refrigerant work and has passed a background check, and the licence numbers are printed on your paperwork.
