We Publish Our Prices

What each common problem starts at is published on the pricing page, before you pick up the phone. Very few companies in this trade publish anything, and the reason is not complicated: a number in advance removes the room to decide the price once somebody is already standing in your kitchen.

Licensed, insured and background-checked

Florida does not license appliance repair technicians at state level, so the credentials that count are local. We hold a Palm Beach County business tax receipt and full liability insurance, every technician holds EPA Section 608 certification and has passed a background check, and the person at your door works for us rather than for a subcontractor.

Diagnosis before quoting

A technician tests the appliance rather than guessing from the symptom. Two machines can present the identical problem for entirely different reasons, and the difference between them is often the difference between a small part and a large one.

One Flat Price, Agreed First

You approve a fixed price after the diagnostic and before anything is opened up. Approve it and the diagnostic fee rolls into the labor. Nothing is added afterwards.

An honest answer about replacing

Some repairs are not worth doing. If the repair runs past half a comparable new appliance and the unit is beyond two thirds of its life, we say so, knowing it loses us the work. It is the reason people call us back.

Open six days a week

We answer 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm at weekends, including holidays. A refrigerator does not wait until Monday and neither do we.
