Appliance Installation

A great many of the faults we are called to are installation faults on a machine that was never wrong. Getting the fitting right is cheaper than diagnosing it later.

What installation includes

• Removal and disposal of the old appliance.
• Levelling, and setting the door or drawer square in its opening.
• Water, drain and gas connections, with a leak check on every one of them.
• A test cycle before we leave, not a plug-in and a handshake.
• Custom panel fitting and spring tension set for the panel’s actual weight.

Built-in and panel-ready work

Integrated refrigeration, wall oven stacks and panel-ready dishwashers are fitted into cabinetry that was cut for a specific unit. We measure the opening before anything is ordered, and where a replacement is not a straight swap we say so while there is still time to choose differently.

Gas connections

Gas ranges and cooktops finish with a manifold leak check and a burner-by-burner flame verification, every time, whatever we were called out to do.

Whether we sold it or not

We install appliances bought anywhere. Being an authorised servicer for most of the brands we work on means the installation is done to the manufacturer’s specification, which matters if you ever need to make a warranty claim on it.
