We keep a parts counter because we run our own trucks off it. If you would rather fit it yourself, you can buy from the same stock our technicians do.

What we stock

The components that actually fail: fan motors, defrost heaters and thermostats, inlet and drain valves, door gaskets, igniters and spark modules, drive belts, pumps and control boards for the brands we service most.

Bring the model number

Almost everything turns on the model number, not the brand. Two refrigerators that look identical from the kitchen can take different evaporator fans. The plate is inside the door aperture, behind the kick plate, or on the rear panel depending on the unit, and a photograph of it on your phone is the fastest thing you can bring us.

Ordering

What is not on the shelf is ordered, and most parts land within a few business days. Parts for imported and professional brands take longer and we tell you the lead time before you commit rather than after.

Before you buy

If you are not certain the part is the fault, ask. We would rather spend five minutes on the counter working out whether it is the thermostat or the board than sell you the wrong one. A part fitted on a guess is the expensive way to diagnose an appliance.
