What comes with every repair
30-day parts and labor warranty
Both the parts we fit and the labor are covered for 30 days, in writing on your invoice.
Licensed and insured
The company holds a Palm Beach County business tax receipt and full liability cover, and the numbers are on your paperwork.
Background-checked technicians
Everyone who comes to your door has passed a background check and works for us, not for a subcontractor.
Same-day service available
Call before noon and most of Palm Beach County can be reached the same day, Monday through Saturday.
Why We Publish Prices At All
Most companies in this trade will not name a figure until somebody is already in your kitchen, which is precisely the moment you have the least room to say no. We would rather you knew roughly what a job runs to before you call, so the visit is a decision you have made rather than one made for you.
What the figures on this page are, and are not
They are starting prices drawn from real South Florida repairs, per problem and per appliance. They are not a quote. The final figure turns on the brand, the part and how much labor your particular machine needs, and it is in writing before anything starts.
What moves the price
- The appliance. A column refrigerator has to be got out of its cabinetry before anybody touches a part, and that time is real.
- The brand. Parts for professional and imported equipment cost more, and now and then they have to come in on order.
- The part itself. A thermal fuse and a control board take the same labor and land nowhere near each other on the invoice.
- Access. A stacked laundry unit in a closet, or a cooktop set into stone, takes longer to reach and longer to put back square.
What never moves
The price you approved. Nothing appears on the bill afterwards, and no work begins that you have not agreed to. If we open a machine and find a second fault behind the first, we stop and tell you before doing anything else.
Need it fixed today?
Call before noon and we will normally be with you the same day, with a two-hour arrival window and a flat price agreed before any work starts.
