This has been a family business since 1946, and a good part of the reason it still is comes down to the people who stay. We train technicians rather than churn through them, and several of ours have been here longer than some of our customers have owned their houses.

What the job actually is
In-home appliance repair across Palm Beach and Broward County. You are given a route out of our Boynton Beach shop, a stocked van and an arrival window, and you are trusted to diagnose the appliance properly rather than to get through as many calls as possible.
What We Look For
- A clean driving record, and the ability to come through a background check.
- Being easy company in somebody’s kitchen, and able to explain a fault without jargon.
- The willingness to tell somebody a repair is not worth doing on the days it is not.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude. EPA 608 certification helps, and we will pay for it if you do not have it yet.
How the process runs
Send the form and we read it. If it looks like a fit, one of us calls within a few working days for a short conversation and then a longer one in person. We do not leave applications unanswered.
