Warranty Information

A lifetime warranty on the parts we supply and a full year on labor, set out here in plain terms so you know what is covered before you book.

A warranty is only worth what it says on paper, so here is ours in full rather than in a slogan.

Parts we supply

Parts we supply and install carry a lifetime warranty. If a part we fitted fails, we replace it at no charge for the part, for as long as you own the appliance it went into.

That covers the component itself. It does not cover a different component failing later, which is a separate repair, and it does not cover damage from misuse, a power surge, or an installation somebody else altered afterwards.

Labor

Every repair carries one year of labor warranty, no questions asked. If the same problem returns inside that year we come back and put it right without charging you again for the visit or the time.

Multi-family and commercial equipment

Appliances in multi-family buildings and commercial settings are covered for ninety days on parts and labor. Those machines run several times the domestic duty cycle, and pricing a lifetime parts warranty into them would mean charging every household for it.

Appliances we sell

New appliances bought from us carry the manufacturer’s own warranty in full, exactly as they would from anywhere else. We handle the warranty claim on your behalf rather than leaving you to negotiate it, because we are an authorised servicer for most of what we sell.

What is not covered

  • Appliances we have not worked on, or repairs carried out by somebody else.
  • Damage from flooding, surge, pests, or an appliance run outside its rated conditions.
  • Cosmetic wear, and consumables such as filters, gaskets and bulbs.
  • A second, unrelated fault appearing after a completed repair.

Making a claim

Call us and quote the invoice number. Your parts and labor cover is recorded against the job, so there is nothing for you to keep hold of or produce.
