Why the manufacturer matters

Monogram is known for statement and Minimalist kitchens, professional ranges and column refrigeration. Design decisions of that kind determine how the equipment fails, and therefore the order in which a refrigerator should be examined.

A technician who treats every unit the same will reach the right part in the end, by replacing the wrong ones first. That is a slow and expensive route, and the customer pays for it. Knowing the manufacturer reduces the diagnostics to a few measurements.

Parts and pricing

We fit genuine Monogram parts wherever they can still be obtained, and the ones that fail most often are already on the van. Where a part for an older model has left production we tell you so and set out the alternatives, rather than substituting something similar without comment.

The part and the labor are quoted separately, agreed with you before the work starts, and printed on the invoice along with the part number. Our warranty terms are set out in full on the warranty page.

Find the model number before you call

Find the model number. On Monogram equipment it will be on the door frame, behind the kick plate, along a drawer runner or on the rear panel, depending on what you own. If the plate has weathered, photograph it and send it to us; we can usually read what is left of it. Once the model is confirmed, the parts known to fail on that exact unit travel with the technician.
